Kyc

Purpose and scope

Rkgg adopts this Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti‑Money Laundering (AML) policy to govern customer identification, verification, ongoing monitoring, and related controls across all products and services. It covers casino, live‑dealer, and sports wagering activities and aligns with the company’s Responsible Gambling program and general Terms of Use.

Regulatory framework

Rkgg operates in accordance with applicable gambling laws and regulatory guidance in its licensed jurisdiction. The policy implements required AML/CFT measures, including customer due diligence, transaction monitoring, record keeping, and regulatory reporting, and is subject to appropriate supervisory oversight.

Customer identification program (CIP)

Rkgg collects sufficient information at or before onboarding to verify identity and establish risk profiles. Data collected includes legal name, date of birth, current residential address, nationality, and contact details. Account access is restricted to the registered user and may not be shared with third parties unless expressly approved by Rkgg in writing.

Verification requirements and documents

  • Government‑issued identification documents (e.g., passport, national identity card, or driver’s license) showing name, photograph, and date of birth.
  • Proof of address dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).
  • Evidence of source of funds or wealth where required (e.g., recent bank statement, payroll slip, or tax document).
  • For corporate or alternative‑ownership accounts, additional verification as determined by risk assessment.

Verification timeline and consequences of non‑verification

New customers have a 30‑day window from registration to complete identity verification. If verification is incomplete, deposit and withdrawal capabilities may be restricted, and certain features may be limited. Partial verification may allow restricted activity while full verification is pursued.

Enhanced due diligence

Rkgg conducts enhanced due diligence (EDD) for high‑risk customers or transactions. EDD may include additional identity checks, verification of beneficial ownership, site or face‑to‑face verification, or third‑party confirmation as appropriate. Failure to complete EDD may lead to additional restrictions or account termination.

Ongoing monitoring and suspicious activity

Rkgg continually monitors customer activity and transaction patterns to identify suspicious or unusual behavior. Transactions exceeding 10,000 USD within a 24‑hour period may undergo enhanced screening, supplemental verification, or escalation to regulatory reporting where required. All monitoring and reporting comply with applicable laws and internal policy.»

Withdrawals and verification status

Withdrawals are available only from verified accounts. Unverified or partially verified accounts may face withdrawal delays or inability to withdraw until verification is completed. All withdrawal requests follow secure processing procedures consistent with identity verification results.

Record keeping and data retention

Rkgg maintains customer identification data and transaction records for the period required by law and regulatory guidance. Records may be stored electronically and retained for audit, inquiry, and regulatory purposes in accordance with applicable retention schedules.

Data privacy and consent

Data collected for KYC is processed in line with the company’s privacy policy and data‑protection commitments. Information may be shared with regulators, verification providers, and financial institutions as necessary to comply with KYC/AML obligations. Data subject rights and retention limitations apply as dictated by law.

Training, governance, and third‑party obligations

Rkgg provides ongoing AML/KYC training to staff. A designated Compliance Officer oversees policy implementation and regulatory liaison. Third‑party services involved in identity verification must comply with KYC/AML requirements and provide information as required by law. All external processors are contractually bound to maintain equivalent privacy and security standards.

Review and updates

The policy is reviewed at least annually and whenever regulatory changes occur. Updates are communicated to users through platform notices and the Terms of Use, and changes become effective on posting unless stated otherwise.

Contact and escalation

Questions or concerns regarding KYC/AML should be directed to the support team or the designated compliance contact listed in the platform’s legal notices. Escalations to the compliance function may be pursued for unresolved issues.
