All timelines exclude weekends and public holidays and are subject to verification checks.

Fees and Deductions

Rkgg may levy fees for certain payment methods or withdrawal types. Any applicable fee will be shown prior to confirmation. Some methods or regions may incur additional charges imposed by payment processors or local regulations.

Security, Verification & Fraud Prevention

All payment requests undergo standard security checks. For withdrawal requests, Rkgg may request additional information to verify identity, ownership of payment methods, and source of funds. Transactions are encrypted using industry-standard measures and recorded in accordance with our data-retention policy.

How to Initiate a Withdrawal

1. Navigate to the Cashier or Wallet section of your Rkgg account and select Withdraw.
2. Choose your withdrawal method and enter the amount (minimum €10, maximum €5,000 per transaction).
3. Confirm the withdrawal details and complete any required verification steps.
4. Await processing by Rkgg and the payment provider; status will appear in your account dashboard.
