Betting Rules

1. General scope and precedence

These betting rules govern all interactive betting products offered by Rkgg on its site and mobile portals. They form part of the Operator's General Terms and Conditions and apply to End Users with active betting accounts. In case of inconsistency, the General Terms and Conditions prevail over these betting rules. The English version governs; if translations differ in meaning, the English text prevails. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor event status and verify information before wagering. Data displayed on the site may be delayed or incomplete, and bets placed on such data are at the customer's risk. Rkgg reserves the right to amend these Rules at any time with immediate effect upon publication.

2. Market settlement and official results

Markets are settled on the official result provided by the applicable governing body or official source. If the official result is issued after settlement, the official result governs for settlement purposes. If no official result is published, Rkgg may settle using data from the governing body or another reliable official data source. If a market or price is published with a material error, Rkgg reserves the right to void or resettle the affected bets. In markets where a result is not determined at the time of settlement, bets remain unsettled until determination. Rkgg may suspend settlement where the result is uncertain. Palpable errors in event data, prices, or timing may be corrected in accordance with these rules. Settlements are final unless a specific provision allows otherwise.

3. Event status and start times

Events begin and end as specified in the market description. Bets placed before the official start time are generally valid, subject to market rules. Bets placed after the actual start time on markets that are not live or that are suspended may be void if the market is not closed or suspended at the correct time. Where a live market is expressly offered, bets placed during live play remain subject to the live market rules and prevailing score at settlement.

4. Abandonment, postponement, and venue changes

If an event does not commence or conclude on its scheduled date and time as previously announced, all bets are void except for markets already unconditionally determined. If an event starts on schedule but is subsequently abandoned and not completed within the defined timeframe, only bets on markets that are unconditionally determined remain valid; the rest are void. If an event does not finish within its prescribed timeframe or an official result is declared by the governing body, Rkgg reserves the right to render the event void and its decision is final. A change of venue or location generally voids all bets on the match, unless the market description permits otherwise for non-team events where the market has already opened.

5. Results, official sources, and video reference

Podium positions and final results are determined in accordance with the official result where available. If no official result is available, Rkgg will rely on the best available evidence as of market settlement. When a discrepancy occurs between the official result and on-site results, Rkgg may use video material as a reference to determine the correct result; if video is unavailable, the governing body’s official result governs. Rkgg may delay or suspend settlement if the result is uncertain. No amendments will be recognized for bets settled more than 72 hours after the event start time unless the rules expressly permit otherwise. Rkgg’s decision on settlement is final and binding.

6. Outrights, live bets, and related rules

Outright markets cover participants or outcomes from the start or at any stage of a competition. If a listed participant does not start, outright bets on that participant are settled as a loss. If two or more participants are tied or a dead heat is declared, payouts are divided equally among the winners. A participant or team may be replaced; in such cases, markets related to team outcomes remain valid, while certain individual markets may be void. For outright markets, a Play-or-Pay rule applies: bets on listed participants stand normally even if the participant cannot participate, and are settled as losses where applicable for the listed market. H2H markets are excluded from this rule.

7. Live and in‑play betting rules

In‑play markets follow the live score and match events as displayed. Asian Handicap in in‑play markets settles in line with the score for the active period, ignoring goals scored before the bet was placed unless the market description states otherwise. VAR decisions that conflict with on-field calls during a live event may void bets placed after the moment of the incident but before the final decision if the alteration affects the state of play at bet placement. If the VAR decision affects multiple bets within the same incident window, those bets may be void or settled according to the market description and the final outcome. Settlement may be reversed if the final decision is communicated before the end of the event and the initial settlement was inconsistent with that decision.

8. Common betting types and general principles

Moneyline: bets on the participating side to win the event or specified period. Handicap: a virtual head start is applied to one side; settlements reflect the adjusted score. Over/Under: bets on the total points/goals being over or under a prescribed line. Odd/Even: settlement based on the parity of the total points/goals. 1X2 and Half‑Time/Full‑Time markets are settled according to the official result for the specified period. First Goal, Last Goal, Anytime Goal Scorer and related scorer markets apply to regular time unless stated otherwise. For each market, the market description governs any special conditions, including exceptions for extra time, penalties, or stoppage time.

9. Fraud, corrections, and disputes

Rkgg may void bets or suspend settlements if there is evidence of fraud, manipulation, or improper conduct related to an event or its wagering. If a palpable error is identified in odds or event data, Rkgg may correct, void, or resettle the affected bets. Bets placed during technical interruptions are subject to verification; customers may be required to recheck bet acceptance once the system is restored. Bets cannot be canceled or altered once confirmed, except as permitted by these rules. Where two or more related bets are placed to exploit a known outcome, Rkgg reserves the right to void those bets.

10. Data integrity and settlement timelines

Rkgg uses official sources and reliable data for settlement. Data displayed on the site may be delayed and should not be relied upon for immediate wagering without verification. The maximum period between initial settlement and any re-settlement is 30 days. Market settlements that rely on ongoing official determinations may be completed when the official result is published or as allowed by these rules. Any adjustment to settled bets following a final decision by the relevant authority will be applied in accordance with these rules.
