Scope and Interpretation

The Terms govern the use of the online gaming services offered by Rkgg including casino and wagering services. By opening a Rkgg Account or using the Services you accept these Terms. If you do not agree you must not use the Services.

Regulatory Licensing

Rkgg operates under a current licence issued by a recognised gaming authority. The licence covers casino and fixed odds betting services. Rkgg shall comply with applicable laws and regulations governing online gambling.

Eligibility, Registration and Accounts

Eligibility

Users may access the Services only if they meet the following conditions: they are at least 18 years old; they are of legal age to gamble in their jurisdiction; online gambling is not illegal where they reside; they have legal capacity to enter into contracts; they have not been prohibited by a competent authority from gambling; they have not previously had an account closed for fraud collusion cheating or other misconduct.

Registration

To open a Rkgg Account users must complete the registration process on the Website or by other means offered by Rkgg. Users must provide accurate current Personal Data and update it when required. Users consent to the processing of Personal Data for identity verification and AML purposes.

Single Account and Duplicate Accounts

Only one active Rkgg Account may be held by a natural person. The Company may close any duplicate or linked account and reallocate funds. Bonuses or winnings arising from duplicate accounts may be voided; deposits and stakes placed through a duplicate account may be refunded or recovered at the Companys discretion.

Excluded Territories

The Company does not accept registrations or allow participation from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted. Examples include Afghanistan United States United Kingdom France Spain Italy Iran Israel Cuba Cyprus. The Company may update this list and will notify Account Holders of material changes.

Account Management and Security

  • Verification and Documentation The Company may request documents to verify identity address and ownership of payment methods. Accounts may be suspended pending verification.
  • Account Data The Company processes Personal Data in line with applicable data protection laws and its privacy policy.
  • Data Transfer and Processing The Company may transfer data to affiliates or service providers as necessary for the provision of the Services, subject to appropriate data protection measures.
  • Non Transferability An Account is non transferable and funds cannot be transferred between accounts.
  • Account Security Users must keep login credentials confidential and report unauthorized use promptly.

Funds and Transactions

  • Client Funds All funds deposited by a user are held in a dedicated client account separate from the Companys own funds and are managed in accordance with applicable financial regulations. Funds do not accrue interest for the account holder.
  • Deposits and Withdrawals Deposits are processed according to internal procedures. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method subject to verification AML checks and reasonable processing times.
  • Minimum and Maximum Limits The Company may set minimum deposit withdrawal limits and may require additional verification for large transactions.
  • No Interest The Company does not pay interest on deposited funds.

Promotions and Bonuses

Promotions are governed by separate Promotion Rules published on the Website. The Company may withdraw modify or suspend any bonus at its sole discretion subject to those Rules. If a casino bonus is active the maximum bet per spin on a slot game shall not exceed 5 EUR or currency equivalent or 15 percent of the total bonus whichever results in the smaller amount. Wagering requirements eligibility and time limits apply as described in the Promotion Rules.

Responsible Gaming

  • Limits and Exclusion Users may set deposit limits or exclude themselves from playing for a defined period via the Account Settings. Increasing limits takes effect after 24 hours; decreasing limits takes effect immediately.

Anti Money Laundering and Compliance

The Company complies with applicable anti money laundering and countering financing of terrorism laws. Identity verification and monitoring of transactions may be conducted as required by law. The Company may suspend or terminate a user account in case of suspected illicit activity or breach of these Terms.

Data Protection and Privacy

The Company handles Personal Data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and its privacy policy. Users have rights of access rectification erasure restriction objection and data portability where provided by law.

Intellectual Property

All Services technology content and trademarks are owned by the Company or its licensors. Users receive a limited non exclusive non transferable license to use the Services for personal non commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law the Company provides the Services on an as is and as available basis. The Company excludes warranties of merchantability fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement. The Company shall not be liable for indirect incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Services or for interruptions outages or data loss except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the law selected by the Company. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by the courts with jurisdiction based on the location of the Companys establishment or as otherwise provided by the governing law clause.

Changes to Terms

The Company may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated on the Website. Continued use of the Services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the changes you may close your Account and withdraw remaining funds in accordance with these Terms.

Termination and Suspension

The Company may suspend restrict or terminate an Account at any time for reasons including breach of these Terms fraudulent activity or non compliance with the Rules. Upon termination the Company will settle any legitimate outstanding balances.
