1. General Information
- 1.1 Balances Each player has two balances: a real-money balance and a bonus balance. Bonus funds are held in the bonus balance and may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
- 1.2 Active bonuses A player may hold multiple eligible bonus offers, but only one bonus can be active at any time. The player may switch between active bonuses at their discretion.
- 1.3 Personalization Bonuses appearing in a player’s profile are personalized. Bonus offers that are not personalized to the player are not displayed to them.
- 1.4 Non-personalized offers Non-personalized bonuses may be cancelled by Rkgg at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
- 1.5 Free spins Some bonuses are issued as free spins and are subject to a validity period of 14 days from the date of receipt unless stated otherwise in the bonus details.
2. Bonus Funds and Wagering
- 2.1 Bonus accrual Bonus funds may be awarded during play. Each bonus may carry additional terms that apply to its use and conversion.
- 2.2 Withdrawable status Bonus winnings and the bonus itself become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements specified for that bonus have been met.
- 2.3 Withdrawal timing After the wagering requirements are fulfilled, the customer may submit a withdrawal request at any time in accordance with the standard withdrawal policy.
3. Active Bonus Play and Withdrawals
- 3.1 Early withdrawal If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirements are fulfilled, the bonus funds and any bonus-derived winnings are forfeited.
- 3.2 Use of balances Real-money balance is used in priority for wagers. When the real-money balance is exhausted, wagering may rely on the bonus balance in accordance with the applicable terms.
- 3.3 Shortfalls If the real-money balance is insufficient to cover a wager, the shortfall is deducted from the bonus balance.
- 3.4 Recording of winnings Winnings derived from wagers that utilize bonus funds are credited to the bonus balance and are not counted toward the wagering amount for the purpose of satisfying the bonus terms.
4. Wagering Conditions and Game Contributions
- 4.1 Wagering requirement Each bonus includes a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. The requirement is specified in the bonus terms for that offer.
- 4.2 Calculation method Wagering is typically calculated as a multiplier applied to the bonus amount or to the sum of the bonus amount and the real-money stake, as stated in the bonus terms.
- 4.3 Game contributions Games contribute differently to wagering: slots contribute 100%; card games (for example, blackjack and video poker) contribute 5%; roulette contributes 0%; certain other titles (such as specific high-variance games) may also contribute 0%. Live casino games generally contribute 0%. The exact contribution rates are defined in the bonus terms and may vary by offer.
- 4.4 Exclusions A defined list of titles may be excluded from wagering contributions. The current exclusions are published in the individual bonus terms and may be updated from time to time. Players should consult the bonus details for the precise list of excluded games.
